1.1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to services of the restaurants of Great Food Company (hereinafter also referred to as “GFC” or “we”).
1.2. General terms and conditions of the customer (hereinafter also referred to as “you”) shall apply,
1.3. GFC, primarily via the Restaurant Website (hereinafter designated “the Website”) shall make it possible for consumers to find the Restaurant information online (including but not limited to the menu, phone number and address), and to order food for delivery .
2.1. Pre-Ordering shall not be applicable , henceforth dining with pre-ordered food will not be effective in any of the cases.
2.2. Table reservation facility not available with GFC for general dining.
2.3. In case of booking the restaurant for any event/party Please get in touch with our respective contact person for reservations.
2.4. After receiving any confirmation of order, please check right away whether all the details are correct and inform us of any incorrect information. If there is no response from you after confirmation call/SMS, the order will treated as a confirmed order. Once the order is prepared it cannot be canceled for any reason.
2.5. In the case of large orders, we can ask for a reasonable advance payment or credit card data for authorization in advance.
2.6. In cases of doubt and unless explicitly stated, the prices for customers shall be net with value-added tax payable on them and, end prices including value-added tax.
2.7. Outside eatables are strictly not allowed in the restaurant.
2.8. Online order opt-out: The Restaurant can opt-out of receiving orders placed via one or more websites, applications or apps that are part of the Service. Responsibility for the processing and fulfilment of such orders continues to rest with the Restaurant until such time as GFC agrees to an opt-out request and stops the relevant part of the Service.
2.9. Online ordering: Any order placed by you from our website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the stated price (including delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order.
2.10. We ensure you to provide the best possible taste with correct order, before we deliver the prepared Order. It is entirely customer’s responsibility to check that the Order information provided to the restaurant is accurate and correct to avoid any delay and confusion.
2.11. The Restaurant undertakes to request identification from the customer to confirm the correct recipient of any order delivered or collected.
2.12. Checking information: Its customer’s liability to check that the information contained in menus (including prices) before placing any order.
2.13. Acceptance of Order : We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, such as the unavailability of any product or service, an error in the price of the product or service or an error in your order. As there may be reasons why we cannot fulfill your order, your deal with us will only come into existence when we advise you that we have accepted your order and receipt of your payment has been confirmed.
2.14. Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the Restaurant & Catering website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
2.15. Credit Card Payments : Please note Restaurant accepts all banks -VISA, Mastercard, Debit & Credit card transactions.
2.16. Invoices/Receipts: We undertakes to receive, process and deliver/ serve for eating-in the consumer’s orders as placed via the Website, phone, and affiliated GFC websites, applications and apps (hereafter the “Order”) using the best care, skill and diligence in accordance with The Restaurant’s industry best practice. We undertake to receive, process and deliver/ prepare / serve for eating-in the items as stated in the Order. At the end of the payment process you will be presented with a receipt from Restaurant for invoice/receipt. It shall be our responsibility to provide an official receipt (& VAT receipt if appropriate) to the customer, if requested.
The customer must immediately give update to GFC with details of any allergy information in relation to the dishes ordered, The restaurant is not liable to hold any responsibility of any individual customer if he/she is prone to any pre-existing allergy with any food item. You hereby agree not to create issue for the matter neither will you misbehave with our staff for the aforesaid matter.
4.1 If you are not able to make use of ordered services, order cancellation cannot be processed, neither the amount will be refunded. We reserve the right to charge an appropriate payment for services offered.
4.2 If we had offered services we obtain from a third party (e.g. DJ entertainment, musical performances), we shall charge the full payment agreed for them if the services are not used.
4.3 Cancellation by You If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions. If you cancel an ordered service we can demand the agreed payment which customer is liable to pay without any argument with the staff.
5.1 We cannot assume any liability for lost or stolen property of guests.
5.2 We reserve a right to revise the rates at any point of time.
5.3 We are entitled and reserve a right to interrupt the access to the website at any point of time and without notice.
5.4 We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
